Our flexibility in manufacturing with different yarns enables us to find a solution to almost any textile problem:

Yarn Types:

  • Multifilament (167dtex to 3300dtex)
  • Single yarn (Nm 50/1 to Nm 4/1)
  • Twisted yarn (Nm 70/2 to Nm 20/12)
  • Monofilament

Raw materials: CO, PES, PP, PA, PAN, LI, aramides, PTFE and many more.

With the Benninger Supertronic warping machine we are able to produce beams within the following limits:

  • Nominal width: 35 to 360 cm
  • Warp density: from 5 to 40 threads/cm
  • Spools: up to 360

Speed and flexibility are invaluable assets in our development work. Our Karl Mayer sample beaming machine produces short beams within the following limits:

  • Nominal width: up to 2.20 m
  • Length: 7 to 70 m
  • Spools: 2 to 8

With our Stäubli Delta 110 drawing machine, beams can be prepared for weaving with:

  • Nominal width: up to 400 cm
  • Yarn count: 33 to 330 dtex/Nm 8 to 100
  • Warp density: 20-350/10 cm
  • Speed: 100 threads/min
  • Shafts: up to 16
  • Healds: C-healds

Over five million m² of cloth leave our weaving shed each year:

  • Loomstate widths: 104 to 340 cm
  • Loom types: rapier/air/leno
  • Weight: 60 g/m² to 1200 g/m²
  • Yarn count: from Nm 50/1 to Nm 4/1
  • Yarn count: from Nm 70/2 to Nm 20/12
  • Yarn count: from 167 dtex to 3300 dtex

The following finishing steps are possible on the stenter:

  • Washing
  • Heat-setting
  • Specific application (flame retardant, water repellent, antistatic, etc)
  • Pre-shrinking
